Kyle Leopard is a veteran advisor specializing in legal, regulatory, and public policy issues. Before joining Strategics Consulting, he practiced law in North Carolina and South Carolina. Kyle’s government affairs expertise focuses on public infrastructure, transportation, and environmental issues. Kyle earned a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from the University of Alabama, where he was a University Fellow. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and was a member of the North Carolina Law Review.
