Kyle Leopard, J.D., Joins Strategics Consulting Team

Strategics Consulting welcomes Kyle Leopard, J.D., as the newest member of our team. Kyle brings a wealth of expertise in legal, regulatory, and public policy issues, cultivated through years of practicing commercial real estate law and construction litigation. His comprehensive knowledge and experience in these fields are complemented by his active membership in both the North Carolina and South Carolina state bars. At Strategics Consulting, Kyle will continue to leverage his analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to advise clients on legislative and policy developments, ensuring their needs are met with precision and innovation.

Kyle's background in public policy and government affairs is robust, with significant contributions at the Environmental Defense Fund and the University of North Carolina’s School of Government, where he focused on environmental and public infrastructure issues. He grew up in Forsyth County, NC, and has an impressive academic portfolio with a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Alabama, where he was a University Fellow, and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Additionally, Kyle served on the North Carolina Law Review, underscoring his deep engagement with legal scholarship and community service. His extensive experience and commitment to public good make him a valuable asset to the Strategics Consulting team and our clients.

Amy Kirschbaum

Amy Kirschbaum began her career on Capitol Hill in the office of Congressman E. Clay Shaw, Jr. (FL). Upon leaving her post as legislative assistant in Congressman Shaw's office, Amy worked for the U.S. Congressional Sunbelt Caucus as a legislative assistant and later as the Legislative Director. In 1992, Amy moved to Oregon where she continued her career in public affairs at the Oregon Department of Transportation. Before joining Strategics Consulting, Amy was the Executive Director of the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Oregon and SW Washington. Amy grew up in Broward County, FL, and earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Duke University.
