Strategics Welcomes Ryan Murphy, J.D., as Government Affairs Advisor

Strategics Consulting is thrilled to welcome Ryan Murphy, J.D., as our new Government Affairs Advisor. Ryan brings over ten years of experience in navigating the intricate layers of local, state, and federal government, making him a seasoned veteran in the field of public affairs. His proven track record of mission-oriented results is built on a foundation of diligent communication, conscientious analysis, and effective collaboration with clients. Ryan’s expertise in advocating for U.S. manufacturers and Veteran-Owned businesses, particularly in the areas of energy infrastructure, national defense, and technology policy, aligns seamlessly with the strategic objectives at Strategics Consulting.

Ryan, a proud native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, began his career by serving Veterans and military families as a Congressional Caseworker. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from Appalachian State University, where he also led the men’s rugby team to a championship as a cum laude graduate. His legal acumen was honed at North Carolina Central University School of Law, earning a J.D. while actively participating in the N.C. Central Law Review and founding the International Law Society. Beyond his professional endeavors, Ryan dedicates his time to nurturing future generations as a volunteer rugby coach in his community. His comprehensive background and community involvement are invaluable to our team as we continue to deliver top-tier government relations consultancy.

Amy Kirschbaum

Amy Kirschbaum began her career on Capitol Hill in the office of Congressman E. Clay Shaw, Jr. (FL). Upon leaving her post as legislative assistant in Congressman Shaw's office, Amy worked for the U.S. Congressional Sunbelt Caucus as a legislative assistant and later as the Legislative Director. In 1992, Amy moved to Oregon where she continued her career in public affairs at the Oregon Department of Transportation. Before joining Strategics Consulting, Amy was the Executive Director of the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Oregon and SW Washington. Amy grew up in Broward County, FL, and earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Duke University.
